We identify ICS and OT security threats and vulnerabilities. We evaluate physical and logical security, access control, passwords, source code, encryption, video surveillance and intrusion prevention systems. From this we develop recommendations for security improvement, operational changes and future state road maps to ensure digital transformation and cyber security are considered in a holistic approach to OT design.
